    • The Accredited Buyer Representative® designation indicates that the real estate agent is highly trained in representing buyers in the real estate transaction. The ABR® is conferred by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC®).


    • The At Home With Diversity® certificate is designed to increase an agent’s sensitivity towards a wide range of cultural issues, thus inviting a wider volume of business from a greater variety of cultures.


    • The Broker Price Opinion Resource® certification provides REALTORS® with knowledge and skills to perform accurate and professional broker price opinions (BPOs) and comparative market analyses (CMAs), while reducing risk and increasing opportunities.


    • Bachelor of Science Degree in Quantitative Management Systems with an emphasis in Operations Research. Core study including finance, marketing and statistics.

    • The Certified Residential Specialist® is the highest designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS ® Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education. Less than 2% of all real estate professionals nationwide hold this prestigious designation.


    • The selection process is based on a thorough multi-phase research and evaluation, selecting professionals who have demonstrated superior influence, leadership, reputation and knowledge. Factors include scrutiny of education, training, certifications, professional achievements, disciplinary history, home sale volume, listings, client review, and review of organizations and publications including Five Star Professionals, Fortune, Forbes, and others. To be eligible for the Distinguished Real Estate Broker designation, the Broker must be ranked in the top 3% of all Real Estate Professionals nationally.


    • This professional designation, Graduate of the Realtor Institute®, provides an educational curriculum for Realtors who desire additional education in real estate beyond that which is required for licensing. Realtors with this designation have had advanced training in areas including, but not limited to, real estate finance, ethics, agency, and sales. Only about 9% of agents nationwide have earned the GRI® professional designation. The GRI ® is one of the prerequisites to obtaining the CRS ® designation.


    • The Pricing Strategy Advisor certification is specifically designed to enhance skills in pricing properties, creating CMAs, working with appraisers, and guiding clients through the anxieties and misperceptions they often have about home values.


    • The Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist® is recognized as an official NAR Certification, and allows buyers and sellers to have confidence in the ability of a REALTOR® who specializes in buying, selling or management of properties for investment, development, retirement, or second homes in a resort, recreational and/or vacation destination, to assist them with their search.


    • The Seniors Real Estate Specialist® is a Realtor who is trained to meet the special needs of maturing clients when selling, buying, relocating or refinancing residential or investment properties. Realtors who earn this designation are prepared to help mature clientele with the best options and information for them to make life-changing decisions.
